A Movable Feast!

Having pre-dinner drinks at one house, starters in another, moving to someone else’s home for the main course and a final neighbour’s place for dessert. What a fabulous evening and way to raise funds for Action Against Cancer!

Since 2016 a fantastic team of fundraisers have organised six of these fun Movable Feast events in West London, raising a combined total of almost £80,000 for our research!

The organisers say: “The Movable Feast is a wonderful way to meet people living around Holland Park and also catch up with friends after the summer.

We want to say a huge thank you to our host couples - who we couldn't do this without! The hosts cook dinner and host couples in their houses entirely through their own generosity.

In addition, we are hugely grateful to Savills for sponsoring the champagne reception and for providing the wine throughout the evening. We are also incredibly thankful to Lidgates for their continued support.”

Everyone has an absolutely brilliant time at these popular events. Is this something you could do where you live with people in your area?
